Governors' Report
The Governors present their report and the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015. The financial statements comply with Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2015).
Principal activities
The principal activities of the society are to help and assist young people of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland in whatever ways possible under the terms of the Society’s Scheme of Endowment.
Constitution
The society is governed by Scheme No. 58 under the Education Endowments (Ireland) Act 1885
